Roberta Taylor is a Career/Life Transition Coach, Consultant and Speaker who works with individuals and couples facing the challenges and opportunities in midlife and beyond. She believes that planning increases the probability of a fulfilling second half of life, particularly for couples who may not be prepared for what’s next. Roberta helps couples approaching retirement learn to communicate more effectively, share their individual dreams and goals, and make decisions based on mutual respect and caring. Roberta brings her background as a psychotherapist, expertise in adult development and life planning as well as her own life experience to her work with clients. She enjoys facilitating workshops and presenting to groups on second half of life and retirement issues.
Roberta Taylor is a licensed psychotherapist, career/life transition coach, couples relationship coaching specialist and speaker. She is certified through The Institute of Life Coach Training. She is a Too Young to Retire affiliate coach, leading workshops based on the book by Howard and Marika Stone. She is licensed through the Center for Third Age Leadership .She was trained by, and is affiliated, with The Purpose Project™, a joint project of the University of Minnesota Center for Spirituality and Healing, and Richard Leider of the Inventure Group. Roberta is an affiliate coach with Vocation Vacations. In addition, she hosts, Midlife and Beyond, a monthly radio show which can be heard on WNRI-1380 AM, Woonsocket, Rhode Island. She is member of the National Speakers Association.
